Who I Work With
I work with adults who feel like life has become too much to manage. Many of the people I support are juggling ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), anxiety, stress, or low self esteem. They often tell me they’re exhausted from putting on a brave face, spinning plates, overthinking everything, trying to hold it all together, and never feeling “good enough”.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I see so many people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or worn out from constantly overcompensating for how hard things feel inside.
What I Understand
People I work with often say they:
I know how heavy and exhausting this can feel – both from my professional work and my own lived experience. ADHD and mental health challenges have been part of my family life, and I’ve personally felt the toll that stress, anxiety and overwhelm can take. That’s why this work matters to me so much.
How Therapy Can Help
In therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on for you and find practical ways forward. That might look like:
What You Can Expect to Change
During therapy, people often say they start to:
By the time we finish, many clients describe feeling more like themselves again – living life on their own terms rather than the life they feel they “should” be living.
A Little About Me
I’m based in East Lothian and offer online therapy for clients across Edinburgh, the Lothians, and throughout the UK. Alongside my professional training, my own journey has been shaped by lived experience of ADHD and mental health in my family, and by times in my own life when I’ve felt weighed down by anxiety, stress and overwhelm. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help and how important it is to feel understood.
Let’s Take the Next Step
If any of this feels familiar, therapy could help you feel lighter, clearer and more able to cope. You don’t have to do this on your own.

Accreditation demonstrates my personal commitment to meeting the high standards set by The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society in the following areas - governance, setting standards, education and training, managing the register, providing information, and complaints.
NCPS accreditation allows me to offer the highest quality, evidence-based therapy, with commitment to providing effective therapeutic interventions.
