Who I Help
I support late-diagnosed or self-identifying ADHD adults and adults experiencing anxiety & stress who are burnt out from masking and feeling 'too much' , to unlearn shame and create a life that actually works for them.
How I Support You
I blend therapy and ADHD-informed coaching to help you understand your patterns, soften self-criticism, build emotional resilience, and create routines and tools that actually work with your brain — not against it.
What To Expect
Where & How We Work Together
Sessions are online, so I can work with you wherever you are in the UK.
I’m based in East Lothian and also support clients across Edinburgh, the Lothians and beyond.
What You Can Expect to Change
During therapy, people often say they start to:
By the time we finish, many clients describe feeling more like themselves again – living life on their own terms.
A Little About Me
I’m based in East Lothian and offer online therapy for clients across Edinburgh, the Lothians, and throughout the UK. Alongside my professional training, my own journey has been shaped by lived experience of ADHD and mental health in my family, and by times in my own life when I’ve felt weighed down by anxiety, stress and overwhelm. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help and how important it is to feel understood.
Let’s Take the Next Step
If any of this feels familiar, therapy could help you feel lighter, clearer and more able to cope. You don’t have to do this on your own.

After graduating from the Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies in Edinburgh with a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Groupwork, I went on to earn a professional certification as an ADHD coach at the highly acclaimed and accredited ADHD & Life Coach Training Program (ADDCA) and am now working towards ICF and PAAC accreditation. I’ve been working in the field of mental health since 2018 as a mental health support worker and perinatal befriender and am accredited with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Accreditation demonstrates my personal commitment to meeting the high standards set by The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society in the following areas - governance, setting standards, education and training, managing the register, providing information, and complaints.
NCPS accreditation allows me to offer the highest quality, evidence-based therapy, with commitment to providing effective therapeutic interventions.
